How do I restore my Premium subscription?
If you upgraded to Premium but changed devices, reinstalled the app, or lost access, you can easily restore your purchase:
  • Open the HomeRedo AI app on your device.
  • Navigate to the Settings screen (tap the gear icon in the top right corner).
  • Tap on Restore Purchases.
  • Your Premium status will immediately reactivate without charging you again.
How does the AI room generation work?
Our state-of-the-art spatial AI analyzes the geometry and layout of your uploaded room photo. When you pick a design style (like Scandinavian, Industrial, or Japandi), the AI intelligently replaces the furniture, paint colors, decorations, and lighting, while preserving the structural layout (such as walls, windows, and doors) to give you a realistic render of what your room could look like.
How many daily designs do I get for free?
Every user receives 7 free design generations per day. This allows you to explore different styles and rooms completely free of charge. Your daily credits reset automatically every day at midnight in your local timezone.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
All subscription plans and payments are handled securely directly by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  • Tap your **Name/Apple ID** at the top of the screen.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Find and tap HomeRedo AI in your list of active subscriptions.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription.
Can I use the designs for commercial projects?
Yes! If you are a Premium subscriber, all generated designs are rendered in high definition and are completely watermark-free. You are free to export these files and share them with clients, contractors, or use them in your professional design portfolios.
The app crashed or failed to generate my design. What should I do?
If you encounter any technical issues:
  • Make sure your device has a stable internet connection, as the AI processing is done on our secure cloud servers.
  • Check that your photo is clear and contains a visible room.
  • Try closing and reopening the app.
  • If the problem persists, please email us at support@homeredo.app with a description of the issue (and the original photo if possible), and our developers will look into it immediately.
